I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and am able to work with the entire lifespan across all genders.
I've worked with clinics that specialize in HIV+ care, gender-affirming care, gay men’s health, STI testing and prevention.
Additionally, with my extensive experience with the muscles, joints, tendons, and bone from 15+ years of massage, which I still do.

After a year-long meditation on the ideas of intentionality and longevity, a vision of abundance through dedication emerged.

Your Companion
Once you've become a patient, you'll be offered your own, optional, jackfruit seedling to care for on your own!
This is optional, no pressure if you do not want one, and you can always bring it back if you change your mind, or gift it forward!
But... why?
I can't expect these plants to produce at their maximum, now, could I?
No, that'd be silly!
Instead, your jackfruit companion serves as a reminder that many small actions, over long periods of time, result in abundance for decades.
As you care for your seedling, you can choose to also focus that intentionality into your own health, without judgement or expectation. Just care, kindness, time, and water.
